Commitment: Full-time, uncapped earnings, average $3,000–$5,000 per month. Hybrid work possibility available.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, self-starter to join us ASAP. This full-time position starts as an Appointment Scheduler, where you’ll screen calls and schedule appointments in the first week. After that, you’ll transition into a sales role, primarily handling inbound leads and following up with old leads. While most conversations will be guided with key talking points, we’re looking for someone who is confident and comfortable engaging in natural, conversational sales discussions. You may also occasionally be required to make cold calls.

What We’re Looking For:

• Consulting & Marketing Background: At least 2 years of consulting experience (sales experience is a bonus). We’re not looking for a traditional sales expert; rather, someone who can take a conversational approach to sales.
• Confidence & Comfortability: You should be comfortable being put on the spot and engaging with potential clients in unscripted, genuine conversations about our services.
• Strong Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with Shopify, Google, Meta, and SEO is a must.
• Eagerness to Learn & Grow: While you may not have formal sales training, we’ll guide you through the specifics of our services, but we need someone who can quickly learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Hybrid Work Flexibility: We offer the possibility of hybrid work, allowing a mix of remote and in-office work.

Compensation & Benefits:
