We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will analyze marketing data, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI across paid, organic, and social channels.
You will work closely with marketing strategists, performance marketers, and leadership to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email, and other digital channels
- Monitor KPIs such as conversions, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and engagement metrics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Conduct A/B testing analysis and audience performance reviews
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
- Support budget forecasting and campaign planning using data insights
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and data visualization tools
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a digital marketing agency environment
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
