Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies for multiple brands (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Create and optimize automated flows, campaigns, and A/B tests
  • Manage segmentation, deliverability, and list growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with our creative and ads team for cohesive campaigns
  • Track, analyze, and report key metrics (CTR, open rates, conversion rates, etc.)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on email marketing experience (agency or eCommerce preferred)
  • Strong understanding of automation, deliverability, and segmentation
  • Experience with Klaviyo (preferred) or other ESPs
  • Ability to write and edit persuasive, conversion-focused copy
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to optimize performance

Nice to Have

  • Experience integrating email with SMS or CRM tools
  • Understanding of eCommerce flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)
  • Creative eye for layout and content direction
