Job Title: Senior Business Development Associate – IT & Digital Marketing Services
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Compensation: ₹7 LPA – ₹12 LPA + Performance-Based Bonus
Working Hours: US Time Zone (EST/PST)
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Business Development Associate with a proven background in IT consulting—specifically in web development, digital marketing, and related services. This is a client-facing role that requires strategic thinking, deep market understanding, and the ability to close high-value deals.
You’ll be working directly with our leadership team to identify new business opportunities, build meaningful client relationships, and help scale our agency’s service portfolio across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in web development and digital marketing domains
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, decision-makers, and influencers
- Understand client requirements, craft tailored pitches and proposals, and close deals
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to scope client needs and deliver accurate solutions
- Lead discovery calls, negotiations, and onboarding processes for new clients
- Maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools and regularly report on progress and performance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or consulting roles for IT services
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, paid media, etc.) and web technologies (CMS, eCommerce, custom development)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Prior experience with US/International clients is a must
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, or Business (preferred)
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a startup or growth-stage agency environment
- Technical fluency with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, or other CMS/CRM tools
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and proposal creation tools
