Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies for multiple brands (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Create and optimize automated flows, campaigns, and A/B tests
- Manage segmentation, deliverability, and list growth initiatives
- Collaborate with our creative and ads team for cohesive campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report key metrics (CTR, open rates, conversion rates, etc.)
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on email marketing experience (agency or eCommerce preferred)
- Strong understanding of automation, deliverability, and segmentation
- Experience with Klaviyo (preferred) or other ESPs
- Ability to write and edit persuasive, conversion-focused copy
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to optimize performance
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating email with SMS or CRM tools
- Understanding of eCommerce flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)
- Creative eye for layout and content direction
